Hallé in the Heatons Workshops, supported by Hallé Connect
18:30 - 20:00 (Adults/Music)

Heart Of The Heatons is very excited to bring Hallé choral leaders to the Heatons for a singing for wellbeing workshop. We are inviting people to come and join in a singing session designed to be accessible to all: fun to be a part of and inspiring to sing in.
You will be guided on how to use your voice, enjoy singing in harmony with others, and will learn songs that will be ‘performed’ at the end of the session - invite your friends and family to watch you perform for the last 10 minutes of each session!
No experience is required, just come along and join in the fun!

This year we are offering two workshops:

4:00 - 5.30pm for ages 8 -18; and
6.30 - 8:00pm for adults.

£1 from every ticket sold will be donated to Omnimusic, a local charity that breaks down the barriers to music-making for disabled individuals and those who support them, so they can discover and showcase their musical voice.

The remaining ticket revenue will go towards funding the Heart Of The Heatons 2025 festival next year.

Thank you for your support!

Beginning with some relaxed mark-making, you’ll work on paper to design your pattern. You’ll then decorate a piece of vegetable tanned leather with your design.

This course is a great introduction to leatherwork where you’ll learn how to finish edges, buff the leather and add hardware. 16+. Beginner friendly.
